Dorothy Lynch

A Nebraska tradition, and a staple in the midwest for almost 80 yrs, Dorothy Lynch is one of the most known local salad dressings and condiments. I have come to fondly refer to Dorothy as the “Swiss army knife of Condiments” as I have now made almost every genre of food with it. While working with Swanson Russell I took on the role of Art Director, Designer, and to my surprise, Chef, Food Stylist, and Food Photographer.
